If the specs are correct on the B54 (Bridged 4 ohms: 300 watts x 2) I would say that would be enough for the PRV 8MB600FT's.

I put Ground Zero GZCK 200 SPL in my bags (with the help of Baby Boy)! I have about 150 rms going to them in stereo, using the rear channels of a SS TN 900! They hit hard, I really like them, but I have not had any other 8 in there to compare them too. Baby Boy has a video of them Hooked up to his bike that he posted, maybe he can post it here?
