Default Is my thinking correct?

If speaker A (4 ohm) has a sensitivity of say 89 and rated for 50W RMS and 100W peak, and speaker B (8 ohm) has a sensitivity of say 92 and rated 100W RMS and 200W peak.
In theory speaker B should be louder than speaker A because it doesn't need as much power to get loud, less resistance and will handle more power.
Is this correct or am I way off?
Asking because I have a older bike that I can only get 4" speakers in the fairing and want to make a logical decision on speakers rather than blindly guessing.
All this electronic stuff is confusing. I'm a Plumber. Paydays Friday, Shix flows down hill and don't chew your fingernails is all I need to know.

My opinion: I wouldn't get too hung up on the technical specs of a 4" speaker. I would go by brand, rather than specs. And again, it's ONLY a 4" speaker on a open air system, on a Harley.
Or I would go with what's cheaper!

Good article on how speakers share power.
