I have front stage 2018 RGS Sony xav5000 SD 800.4-2 running hertz st25 and hertz sv165.1 spl show up front. Looking for input for rear. listen to a lot of rap and dub step so either lids with 8" and horns or a couple 10's in bags? with an SD amp running them?
Thanks
Are you looking for sound while riding or parking lot pimping? I ask as most of the sound from in the bag rears is lost at speed and the return on investment is just not there. Now if your lot listening, then you are good.
I’m gonna respectfully disagree as usual with Gypsie. For one he claims he can’t hear the best anymore so
we have to consider that haha. Second a properly tuned and powered set of tens will get your ship to shore
with they type of music your listening too. Will the 8” lids and horns get you there maybe but may not get the
low end response your looking for.
Bagger Audio Labs has posted some videos recently of 4 speaker set-ups (6 including horns) that sound pretty impressive from what I can tell. They favor PRV 6.5s and 10's in the bags with some horns.
