Due to some unforeseen events I wasn't able to get the system installed last fall that I purchased but I'm planning on getting it knocked out one evening after work. Was hoping you guys could check my work and make sure I've done my planning correctly since the research isn't as fresh in my mind as it was when I purchased everything. I have attached a sketch of how I plan on wiring the entire thing as well as the amp wiring diagram I plan on following, this is my first audio install so I just want to make sure I'm on the right path.
Parts
AW6.5 + AT28's
DD Crossovers
JL MX500/4
BT LL
Hog Tunes Grills
BT Speaker Brackets
HD ACC Power Splitter (Using the purple wire, will cut and cap the black wire)
Amp Settings
RCA's should go into "Front In" correct?
Channel Mode - 2?
Input Voltage - Low?
Filter Mode - HP?
Filter Freq. (X-Overs) - 85-90?
Input Sensitivity - 31.6V @ 4 ohms? Roughly 175-200W?
I would use y splitters and wire it bridge stereo. You will need to hook one speaker to the front and other to rear.
Also, double check your voltage spec.

I briefly looked into using Y-splitters but couldnt make sense of it and it seemed like it didnt make a drastic difference? Voltage spec was recommended to be by another member, not sure how to calculate that either.
Your voltage, regardless of who gave you that number, is too high. Attachment 598268
I think I see where my misunderstanding is, I was using what the JL manual said (RMS Power 250W x 2 @ 4 ohms) and looking at the chart. After doing some more reading, it looks like these speakers call for 75-150W but a lot of guys seems to be running closer to 180W? So that would put me between 24.5-28.3V for a starting point, correct?
