Have a 2019 cvo with 6 speaker, 900 watt system. It sounds great sitting still with the engine off, start it up and it all goes down hill. What is the deal with this change in sound with the engine running? Thanks!
Do some more searches here as the bin on/off file has been a huge discusion. A good dsp tune can help AHB has a basic file for the DSR1 with like a 30 DB swing to help the awesome boom audio EQ curve.

No, you could ditch everything that came on the bike and install the Sony AX5000 an amp or 2 and six new speakers and your problem would be gone.
Guess I will live with cause cant see ditching the stuff on a 42k bike, its not terrible but definitely noticable and was just wondering if it was a trick or something out there to fix it.

The fact that you spent 42k on a bike has zero relevance to the fact that the Boom systems are garbage. Guys have spent half that much on a bike and spent mega bucks to upgrade to the HD Boom II systems and are just as disappointed as you are. Rip that crap out and give that CVO the sound system it should have!!!
