I would rethink the sub in the bag unless you seal it. You are going to have 6x9's in the lids and they will compete for air space with the sub. All subs need to be in a sealed/ ported enclosure or they will not last long. A 10" midbass will work or a pair (1 in each bag) will provide the lows you are looking for. Keep in mind that you will loose all that low end while riding at any speed above 40-50. Just the nature of low frequencies. Put the mmats in the fairing and the 6x9's in the lids and try that before you add any more.
Also those RF amps are good but as No U stated, the stinger has better SQ and gets louder than the tm400 for the same price if not cheaper. I have a tm400 sitting on the shelf as I am running the stinger for my 4 speakers and a mmats 4110 bridged running the 10's I have in my bags.
A number of more knowledgeable people than myself cautioned me against 10' with 6x9's as your running into airspace issues and it could potentially muddle SQ. You have much less potential for issues if you go with an 8" speaker in the bag... Also agree that you may want to try the 4 speaker set up first before you take a saw to your bag.Your 4 speaker setup will make guys running Boom stuff cry. Enjoy..
Gypyse what 10"s are you running? Did you seal / port?

8"s inside the bags with 6x9 lids will also be a concern. U really do need separation of some sort inside the bags.
I am running mmats pa690cx in the lids and prv 10mb400's in the bags. No seal or separation but I need to separate the 6x9 and the 10". At present time I just took the filter on the 6x9's up enough to take away the low end off the 6x9's so not to compete with the 10's. I may take out the 6x9's and put either 6.5's or compression drivers in their place. Its a learning process. Those prv 10's are cheap at $55 each and I have them running off a mmats 4110 bridged so they are getting around 350x each.
I saw Adenton's bike and the 10's are seperated with fiberglass, bag space is limited to a a cell phone and snuff can.
Checked my posts... Adenton and Haze advised me, No issues with 8" and 6x9's, T had expressed concerns back in a thread I started. Just opinions, but opinions of those who are in much deeper and have a ton more experience than a novice like me..
