Default Quick question about setting amp gains
When using the volt meter method to set amp gains what speaker wattage do you go by ? Min, max, or somewhere in the middle ?

Depending on the amp. Some amps have a clean signal over the advertised specs and some amps are way under specs so if you set it via the voltage chart you may have a nice clean signal or an extremely clipped signal.
The best way is to use some sort of way that detects clipping SMD DD1 or an oscilloscope

RMS x 150% is a safe ole rule of thumb. I repeat, ole rule of thumb for ur every day average Joe.
