Boombox GTS stuck on compass

Boombox GTS stuck on compass
I just installed a boombox GTS, WHIM, and CB module.
I took it to HD to update all the firmware and activate all the functions.
However, when I press the nav button all I get is a large compass. I cant get to the maps. If I send a route from my phone the map will show up, but if I then go to home or radio I cant get back to the map, only the compass shows up again.
Did HD mess something up when programming it or is there a setting that I cant find?

Hi, I just did the swap from 2014 to the GTS and having the same issue that it only shows the compass. Did you fix yours?

I recommend before you leave the dealership check all the functionality.

Awesome! Glad you got yours working!
As I mentioned earlier, I have it in the bike, just waiting for the new USB cable to arrive and Ill button it up and bring to the dealer for the flash.
Did you have the WHIM flashed so Apple car play works without a headset?

No, I didnt know that was an option, my CarPlay works great, but only if I have a headset and the phone plugged in.

I love it! Way faster, better graphics, the GPS is much better and I like the Apple CarPlay.
I have no regrets with the purchase.
I installed it over the winter, so havent had a lot of road time with it yet, so I am still learning it.
