Default Two dead amps

My bike is an '09 Ultra Classic and my factory radio and Fosgate punch PBR 300x4 died at same time. Can anyone tell me (1) if the amp can be repaired, (2) is it worth spending the money to repair or replace? I just purchased a Sony MEX M72BT with accessories to continue use of handlebar controls. I have two Fosgate punch PBR 300x4 to have repaired. If they can't be repaired what would be a good amp for this radio? Iam not looking for a competition sound system just want it back were it was before dead hit. Thanks in advance

RF has a repair center I believe but the cost may be more than what they are worth. Not to mention there have been some advancements in amp technology since the pbr.

Default Amps

InthewindMN I have Kickers KSC67 6.75" 4ohm in rear and Kicker 6.75" coaxial 4ohm in front.. Are DB drive amps any good? An HD forum member has one for sale, I know nothing about them. I haven't needed an amp for awhile till the double deaths occurred. Thanks

RF does not fix the PBR models in house any longer, they will refer you to an offsite facility depending on your location. Doesn't hurt to call to see what the cost may be. As Marshall has mentioned, the amp technology has grown over the years, and there are many new options worth looking into.

For the East coast it would be Freeman's Car Stereo - 704.398.2206.
For the West coast it would be Desert Audio Specialists - 602.290.0664
