Yes I did have the DSR1 on the old speaker and amp combo. I wasn't happy with the BT line leveler / LOC solution.

And I did not get that screen in the setup wizard. Is there an "advanced" wizard option?

go to setup. Then hit the car and gear in top right corner. It’s like the third or fourth screen

So just to be clear this is a stock 6.5 head unit? Are you using a LOC to get to low level inputs?

I'll take a look in the setup menu.

No, I'm using high level inputs. I can't remember the exact resistor value, but something like a 10k 5W resistor spliced into the wiring and then terminated with an RCA connector.

Edit: Yes, it's the stock Boom GTS HU.

well I don’t think many people have good results with resistors but who knows. If it was mine I’d be using a sni35 to get to low level inputs. Not too sure honestly I’ve only personally used low level inputs on the dsr1

Thing is it worked fine on the previous setup... not that it was optimal, or that I'm saying it was the right way to do it.

I did check the menu for the input voltage. It's not there on my S10e. I'll try it with an iPhone later and see if it gives me the option. But, again, it worked with the previous amp and speakers, so... I'm not sure what's going on.

were you using the resistor on the previous setup? I thought you said you had a loc at one point?

Oh, yeah. So I had the Biketronics BT355 on there initially. That was essentially a glorified LOC. I pitched that and went with high level inputs to the DSR1.

Sorry for the confusion.

no issues man. I’m curious what the input voltage is.
