Radio locked
2019 Road glide special gts radio.
I did the radio update with the android auto. Went to get the radio flashed and the tech at dealer said the radio was locked. Would the update cause that or the dealer where the bike was purchased do that? Anyone hear of this?

Some harley shops have the techno research tool. But when did they stop being able to activate it? I traded in June and my salesman helped me set it up with my android phone. The HU must have already had it active.
