I have the Sony with AppleCar Play on my Street Glide. Plugged into the bike (HU), it charges, plays music from the phone, displays maps, reads directions (which was 50% of why I got it), and will tell you when you get text and phone calls. Microphone doesn’t work on bike, and I’ve not tried to access texts while riding, so don’t know if it will or not. A voice reads them in the car though. Don’t know what other apps will work, but it’s alli need.
I don’t care to talk on phone while riding, it’s MY time. I don’t do headsets, though to talk to my wife with both of us out, I do have them. No need if no want.
