If all connections are solid then try a different speaker on both sides one at a time at low volume to see. You may have blown one of the mile's after going into protect mode so many times.
I disconnected each speaker wire from the amp one by one. Had them all out of the amp and still in protection mode. So I then disconnected the input. Still in protection... that left the remote power wire, big power wire, and the big ground.
Traced the big power and ground all the way back to battery and think I found my issue.
I have a fuse holder on my big power wire about 2" up the wire from the battery. Its the style with the set screws for the wire. One set screw had vibrated loose and the wire was loose.. the set screw was pretty much falling in the hole as if u tightened it all the way up. It kinda spread the strands of wire apart instead of tightening up, so i tightened it all up and low and behold, no protection mode anymore. Yippy!!!!
To further this from happening again i have ordered so wire ferrules that will prevent this from.happening again.
