I called kicker and the settings they gave me were the ones I posted in the original post for the crossover
Makes no sense to me why they'd tell you to run the front 6.5's on full pass and the rear 6.5's and 6x9's at 120hz.
May be time to shift your loyalty to another brand. Kicker ain't what it was 30yrs ago.
Switched the input level from low to high… no more distortion but less volume too had to reset the gains a lot higher before they started to fart… I am considering switching out all 6 of the 6.5s as they’re apparently only rated at 60 watts @ 2ohm
