2021 Ultra Limited trying to use the Harley plug in helmet speakers and mic. Set up the VOX and signal routing per the Boom instructions. Both of us can hear the radio in the helmet speakers. Can give commands to the system. Cannot talk to each other. When I talk I can see the INT light up but nothing comes through the helmet speakers. Any help appreciated.

Welcome to the site - I too have a 2021 Ultra Limited.
Since you can see the INT light up, it means you are connected. The rider and passenger headsets have a separate col control. So, try this.... just start talking and, at the same time, turn the vol up. Rider is on the left hand side and the passenger is on the rear seat.
Thought for sure that would be it so I tried it as soon as I got home still nothing. I can see that the volume is up. Thanks for the reply. How do you like your '21?

I love the new 21 - mine is the one shown in the picture - what color did you get?
OK for the intercom, try this. Turn the vox all of the way up - this makes the mic open all of the time. Hope this works
By the way, when you turned the mic vol up, did you see the numbers increase
I've had the VOX all the way up and I could change the mic volume to whatever and still nothing. I got the red/black one (can't remember the official colors). This is my 1st throttle by wire and I hate it. It has a very odd off idle stumble/dead spot (?) that is very annoying. Hope I get used to it. Thanks.

Did you check your settings.
Go to settings - then audio routings - make sure the comm is set to your headsets
Understand - wishing you the best of luck. Let me know what they discover.
Last time a friend had this kind of problem, he was not pushing the headset all of the way in - so, not making contact.
I had a CB on my last bike but decided to not get that this time. So, since I didn't have a CB, I decided to go with wireless headsets. Now, I have two sets of helmets and can go either way.
Have you used you phone yet - are you running apple carplay or android auto. Careful with carplay - this makes you get the WHIM. If you add the WHIM, you will lose your wired headsets
