I have not heard the Hertz so I can not comment. They will fit without any mods. I just installed a new system and I did not cut one wire on the bike. I used a wire harness from Vtwin audio the same guys who make the tour pack adapter. I also did not solder any connections I used cold solder connectors. Looks like I need two sets of wire harness from Vtwin audio (one rear, one front), the adapters…some wire to stretch out from the tour pack to the fairing, and I like the cold solder connectors.
