The hardest part of the install on the suggested system is pulling the fairing pods and tank to run the power wires to the battery
There should be the hollow frame backbone you can pull power cables through. So at least no need to pull the tank.

I can vouch for vouch for this system as I have it in my 2018 exactly as it is stated here! Also Larry from Cicada is awesome to work with, watch the videos to setup the DSP.

Why not run the Cicada CH65.2 in the fairing and the pods? Or would the difference not be heard going down the road?

Is it a 125 or 150? Website a little confusing. Calls it 150 but shows a picture of a 125.

You'd need a spacer for sure to run the CH's in pods. The CX's are smaller to fit in pod easier

I HIGHLY recommend that ALL audio guys flash their bikes with the RF flash. Forget the BS EQ De EQing deal (which is important!) on newer HD's the damn radio has that BS lowering of bass deal as volume goes up! That MY EQ's cant fix!! So.....FLASH FLASH FLASH Best $100 you'll ever spend on your HD sound system

Traditionally speaking you are right but Cicada has kinda added a new twist. The DSP125.4 and 150.4 are integrated DSPs and amps. They have an available DSP setting that supposedly compensates for the Harley EQ and does not require flashing. I haven't heard this setup myself but it does sound interesting.
