What happened to the lower speaker pods? lol
You'll get the most sound you can hear as a rider at any speed from the front.
As others have said, that amp is holding you back.
You might consider selling it and getting one that will get you the wattage you'd need for 6 speakers. Even if you have to wait a bit and save more funds.

You'd be better off defining which speakers and what locations before deciding on an amp/amps. Speaker watt requirements and ohms would determine amp configurations.
