I just update the software for my Street Glide Special 2021 Boombox GTS, in the middle of process my USB flash memory get turn OFF by itself, hence the update process getting disturb, not finish.
As a result the boombox GTS touch screen become unserviceable, touch screen not working, so cannot continue or re-do the process.
Anybody has the same experience? and how do you resolve the issue?

1. If under warranty, take it to a dealer for a fix.
2. Try pulling the Maxi Fuse for 10 minutes and see if it resets the GTS. (Turn vehicle on, allow the security to unlock, then pull the Maxi Fuse).
See if you can get in the service menu to reset the radio.
Turn the ignition switch to accessory.
When the warning screen comes up, hold the power/mute button down for about 15 seconds until the service menu comes up.
I dont have the GTS radio, but there should be an option to reset the radio to factory settings.
