Problem with my install!
1. Fuse on battery line "in" to the distro block
2. Fuse on the amp leg, right where it leaves distro block (only if smaller gauge than feeder to distro)
3. Fuse on the smaller red, right where it leaves distro block
I'm leaning towards the amp at this point. One thing I would try is just using the front outputs, unbridged, does it still cut out?
As for just going Stereo mode not bridged yes still the problem.
I got a Stinger tech on the phone this afternoon and he had me do lots of things.
We discovered that there is (for an unknown reason) bleed over on the channels (input).
In other word I unplug the right input and both speakers are still playing and same with unplugging the left. He did not know why. But in all the test configurations we did he said all channels are working and seem to be working correctly. He said its not power or ground, cant quite remember his why but he was pretty sure of it, the problem lies in the input is his conclusion.
He suggested that I get and try their PAC LP7-2 LOC because what ever I am seeing is again on the input side and he thinks it will eliminate the power on pops which could be from any number of electrical components turning on and because the amp come up fast and first, well enough said here. There was much more said here and I was not getting it and to it all I was just thinking, its not my head unit nor the speakers NOR the power or Ground, REPLACE the AMP but he did not get to that conclusion.
I ordered it and will try it, but again I have a BUT, and that is, now that we have plugged and unplugged in so many different configurations, I went out tonight and hooked it up and it is working now. its all hooked up and settings are exactly the same as it was before talking to him.
At the moment, It plays loud and long and sounds good. Boy, I have great confidence that this amp is solid. Glad I bought a three-year warrantee!

I received the LOC that the tech recommended, installed it and did not like its sound and the added complexity it add for no good reason so, I just put it back together in "Stereo" left and right front speaker outs and will not be using the Bridge configuration which has blead over and is IMHO most likely the root cause for the cutting out. I still say I got a bad amp but it's not so bad that it does not work. Fortunately, I bought the three-year warranty so I have time and the trip to Sturgis this year will be its proving or its death I guess.
Took it for a bit of a ride today and I have to say its plenty loud enough (with room to spare!) for me that way and sounds quite good!
Thanks for all the help and suggestions...
