when the money is pulled from your account it should be shipped, a week is not reasonable, numerous orders and others have the same issues, I work crazy hrs and run a shop to on the side. If someone purchases something it ships that day or the next!

Volunteer Audio are stand up guys with great Tech support.
Their Tech support guys bailed my *** out on my 2021 FLHTP cop bike.
You can buy a radio and amp from Walmart, but when it's not working, who are you going to call?

I ordered the Precision Amp, Infinity Kappa Speakers, and rented the flash tool. It came in two days, thankfully I was home to sign for it. I installed everything that afternoon. It sounds better than I expected for a motorcycle. I really like these speakers. Thanks for everyone's help.

Just ordered a stage 2 Hertz setup for my 23 RGS last night. Scotty was very helpful on the phone during the day answering all my questions. I Did however order the programmer directly from technoreaserch.

Received everything Monday afternoon. Did the install yesterday morning(took 3.5 hours) everything went well. Very Happy with the results.
