audio newbie needs advice
hi guys not happy with my current head unit and how its wired .
09 electra glide uc with tour pack . sony head unit no amp im aware off hogtunes 112.2 rear speakers 75w rms 150 peak biketronics titan 11 100w rms 200 peak in batwing a retro radio wiring adapter and a sony headset with 55w output . now i dont like the fact that my rear speakers are connected by shoving 4 pins in a block and taping them in that is just a bodge , also my handle bar volume doesnt work , probably wiring set up i hope . what im looking for is a new head unit with a proper plug and play harness that connects to the factory harness properly, im thinking for now my speakers are ok and they can handle more than my current head unit . so a head unit with 4 x 100 w output with a proper plug n play harness dont care about the intercom stuff just want decent sounds for now . the future is that and stuff can be upgraded later . whats youre thoughts guys. oh im in the uk so make some stuff difficult to get i guess.

It's been a few years since I did mine so I am not sure if all the stuff is available anymore but check out my thread from when I did mine. I only went with front speakers and bridged the amp so you would want to choose a different amp if you are keeping the rears. The plug and play adapter for the handlebar controls works great if you can still get one.
