Currently have aquatic av deck, with 2 6.5 hog tunes speakers in the fairing and I assume 5x7 speakers in the lids, wanting to get some opinions on amps and new speakers for the fairing, not very impressed with the hog tunes speakers , not sure if its not getting enough power from the internal amp or its just the speakers, have heard lots of people saying Mmats and gz yellow baskets, going on an 09 SG, I can hear them while riding but the sound quality is not very good.

How much are you wanting to spend? Over the years I have learnt one thing on this forum...buy once cry once - it's a deep rabbit hole...decide how far you want to go down and pull the trigger now.
You can build a system from $750 all the way up to $$$$ - obviously the more you spend the cleaner & louder it'll be.
Im looking for better sound quality right now its loud enough, ideally I would like to upgrade the fairing speakers and have the sound quality better, but if I need to add an amp Ill do that too, Id like to keep it under 500 if possible

Well that's definitely a tight budget...first thing I would do is check the amplifer under the fairing and see which model it is (so we know how much power we are playing with).
You say it's loud enough but not clear? Which tells me it's under powered and you're distorting the speakers. I would start with the amp first...see which brand/model you have.
I dont have an external amp right now, its just the aquatic av deck, which is maybe 25 rms? The Hogtunes speakers are 2ohm so maybe its putting out 45 rms, not a lot by any means, Ive seen people on here recommend stinger spx 700 amp or the diamond micro 4v2

You’re going to have to go a lil north of $5 but just a set of mmats 601 coax and that stinger amp will make a world of difference.
the spx is considered a budget amp but very well reviewed and makes clean power. And the mmats are always a “sound” choice….!

OK, my bad...here is what I would do to keep costs low. You say it's loud enough for you but not clear...so spend a little money and get yourself a stinger spx 700, wire it up to each of those Hogtunes speakers and set your gains using an oscilloscope (cheap to buy on Amazon) and cross the HP freq around 100hz. If after that you are happy, then good, if not, I'd start by replacing the fairing speakers to something more efficient.
Thank you guys for the help, Ill grab one of those amps and see how it sounds afterwards, also Mmats website wont seem to ship to Canada does anybody know of any dealers in Canada?

Yup...you'll have to cross the border or hopefully find a used pair on the forums.
Get the amp first and then see...I might have a set or two of speakers ready to sell by then 🤦🏻
