Mode Switch Problem????
06 Electraglide Classic - On its own, my radio keeps switching from AM to FM to CD etc., and will switch stations and CD songs. My mode switch works perfecly, and at a stop the radio works fine. When I accelerate from a stop of just going down the highway it switches badly (like every 10 seconds) . Could this be the mode switch even though it seemingly functions perfectly? Hate to replace this switch if that isn't the problem.

At the top of the Touring forum there is a sticky for using the HK radio's self-diagnostic feature. That may help identify the problem.
Often, switch problems are the result of pinched wires at the switch housing/handlebar.
And those switches do wear out occasionally.
Try Iron Cross Audio; they're experts in HK radio problems. Just google the name for contact info; very good guys, and great service.
