ok I'm assuming is the same as the RFX3000 just with a re-designed face.
So assuming 3v outputs as it states and you not being concerned about cutting the glove boxes then I'd do something like
in the fairing and inner fairing. No need for components IMO.
Check out Dragonfly Cycle Concepts for the XDI-804 or the KS125.4 mini (30% off right now) so prices are good. The amp mount you can get from Dragonfly also. The amps should come with the Dragonfly harnesses to make as plug and play as they come.
as for the iPod.. just a matter of preference

for a pricier option.. check out these kits from Dragonfly which comes with Focal speakers and ARC Audio amps.
