I'm thinking about adding the new RG specific J&M 2 channel amp (JMAA-1800HR06) and 3way speakers (HRSK-7252GTM) while they have the special pricing this weekend. Other than not being able to hear TP speakers, which I can't now, is there a reason I should use NOT use a 2 channel amp?

If you don't think you can hear the tour pak speakers, turn the fader all the way to the front while riding. I think you'll hear differently that you actually do hear them. They are more of a "fill" speaker but they complete your sound stage. The trick is replacing them with a quality speaker and then amplifying all 4 speakers.
As for your choice of equipment, if you're looking for plug and play then it's an option. There are also other "motorcycle friendly" options out there as well.
IMO, much better sound reproduction can be had for less $ by using some of the more popular audio combinations that are listed in this Audio section. Take a look around...
