Default ipod interface

I was planning on getting the Harley ipod interface for my 2011 ultra. I would be using my iphone 4. I was looking on the forum and I see there is another one that is cheaper, HDPDPlus2. I was wondering what is the difference between them, besides the price. Are they the same, using the soft keys with my phone apps. I wanted to use it for my gps and internet radio. Did not find anything about the Harley interface and how it works for the iphone. Did see the manual for the HDPDPlus online. Did not want to spend the extra $, but I have the extended warranty on my ultra and did not want to mess with that if something happened. Any ideas let me know before I get one.

Functionality wise I do not think there is one difference. I bought the HDPDPLUS2 and know it was almost $100 dollars cheaper than the HD version. I have not had issues so far. I have not seen the Harley version but I think they are identical but I am sure someone else will chime in. I can use Pandora, or Internet radio if I leave the unit unlocked and have access to the ipod. Otherwise I leave it locked and control everything from my bars and listen to my playlists. If using i-tunes playlists will become a good friend as they make it easier to navigate through songs. I like mine. Yes I can use the soft keys to select artist, album, genre, and playlists. Combined with using my handgrip contols it is nice. Best quality and sounding of using the FM or CD.

And being an Iron Cross Audio product I highly doubt you will ever have any problems with it.

I just installed my HDPDPLUS 2 and it is currently not working with my iPhone.
All features work great with my Ipod. Tony @ IC is working hard to correct this issue for me. He gave me a contact for the manufacture (on the move technologies). Been a week and still no response from them. Tony is sending out a new cable to try. If that don't work. He want's the unit sent back. This is not a bash on any of the parties involved nor the product. I just happen to have the bad luck syndrome. One way or another i will have a fully working unit.
