I sent many emails asking simple questions and never got an answer. I ordered on line and never got a reply or product. I called and ordered and two weeks passed with no product. I called again and they lost my order. I finally got my order along with a free rain guard. It blew off the first 5 mles. I turned around to get it jst as an 18 wheeler ran over it. I called and them it wouldnt stay on and they wanted to charge me for another one. I passed.

It seems like there are some varying experiences here with BT. So I guess I can throw my two cents in. I ordered their retro radio kit and a sony stereo with the tune tray (which is awesome BTW). I had a great experience with BT. I placed my order through the phone and the lady was very knowledgeable and helpful. They even expedited my order free of charge. I was very happy with the whole deal.

I've had nothing but good luck with their products and they were friendly and helpful when I needed to speak to someone.

Both I had problems with both. The face plate was warped and 2 controllers were junk. They had a mind of there own. I thought it was the radio so I bought another and well it wasn't the radio. It would go to max volume all the time with out me doing anything. It would change presets without me doing anything. I changed to hawg wired stuff and everything works perfect.

Now ask me how much of a bitch it has been to get my money back from biketronics.

As far as price, buy from Eastern Performance, cheaper pricing & free shipping. Plus all of the BT stuff I believe is guaranteed for life....

Now I just hope it all works as advertised. I bought the Sony radio, the wire harness and the splash cover all from them it's coming Monday.

Good luck!! You might as well throw that splash shield away the first one I had lasted a hour. The first time I got on the interstate that SOB few off. Looks like crap too. My 8 year old could make something better than that.

Check out sidecar cycles. I have their water proof cover and it's nice. Looks great and it does something biketronics stuff doesn't...... IT WORKS!!!!!

I went thru 2 in 4 months, got rid of it and went another direction.

See I'm not the only one. I guess they think if they put that lifetime warranty on it makes it better. One of my controllers went bad two weeks after I bought it and I had to pay 50.00 for a core charge and $5.15 for shipping to me then another $7.00 back to them and then another $7.00 to ship everything back to the to get my money back and I still fighting to get my money back. If you guys want to see the emails I'll be happy to post those. That company is the worst I have ever dealt with.

So now any the end I still haven't received my money back and I wasted 19.15 for shipping because they suck. Talk about a waste of money.

Op return your stuff before you install it and go with the sidecar cycle/hawg wired kit and be happy.
