what I find the funniest about this post is the OP asked "has anyone had problems with their biketronics order" so some of us stayed on topic and started telling the issues we have had with biketronics then you have other people jump on and talk about how great they are. obviously those people are having trouble finding the "god biketronics is the greatest!" post, to my knowledge nobody that dislikes biketronics was trying to discredit anyone un like the lovers of biketronics. You like them great for you but again that is not what this post is about the saddest part is one of them is a moderator of this forum which makes me very thankful there's another Harley forums out there

This (post #5 I might add) is what started the "PERSON" aka UltraNutZ stepping in; being a moderator doesn't have a thing to do with the price of tea in china sir. Totally uncalled for regardless of the experiences you and your buddy had with BT. Keeping it on the level/truthful and being diplomatic about it all would have sufficed and helped to get your point across quite a bit more effectively. This kind of trash talk wasn't necessary and does nothing to help your cause as I have stated before. I simply stepped in and stated that I could show just as many unhappy HW customers as well and put into perspective the number of devices in use out there by BOTH companies and the very few that have had issues with either in comparison. Then it was decided amongst the two of you to take it to different level and expect me to run with my tail between my legs, boy were you mistaken. YOU are WRONG, PAT1 is WRONG; not in your being unhappy BT customers, because you have that right, but in your unpleasant/distasteful way of handling the whole thing.

Hey let's talk about the shipping money they said that they would give me. (See email)We still haven't addressed that problem. I was promised something and never got it. Is that wrong in your eyes? I keep asking but you (nutz) still haven't addressed that. Was it wrong for a company to do that?
