A man is only as good as his Word. As you see in the email he gave me his word and never followed through with it. I did remind him in another email and never got a reply. I'm done with biketronics I will never buy another product from them again.
The avc crap never worked correctly. I programmed it per instructions and it never worked. But the units adjust the volume by itself. And also switched stations,iPod and adjusted all the radio connections by itself.

Reason: Biketronics sucks ass
Biketronics sucks ***. There customer service suck ***. They wouldn't return my emails either. I will never buy another biketronics product again. I pulled all their crap off my bike and went with hawg wired and hawg wired stuff works.
I am right there with you! those POS's got me for 600.00 for their junk **** I will never spend another dime with those Aholes. Gotta love a company that says they have a lifetime warranty but then come up with every excuse they can think of not to warranty your stuff! Not to mention they like to blame their sh!tty customer service on the fact they just moved but they really moved over two years ago!
are you talking about the BT parts you bought from your local dealer or something you bought directly from BT?
Why don't you share with the forum, the un-edited full chain of emails back and forth between yourself and BT....

Yeah that AVC is a huge selling point because it takes so long to move your thumb .750" to adjust the volume.
Me personally, I hate it but nonetheless, most want it. My point was simply that even though the HW devices are great products as well, they don't provide the AVC. They also DON'T provide a lifetime warranty on their products. Sorry my friend but lifetime warranties on products regardless whether it's for a bike or my toilet will win me over every time especially when the price points are the same.

I'll give you $300 sight unseen for your "junk ****" from BT. Reason I'm willing to do that is even though it comes to me in a non-working condition I will simply call up BT, get an RMA, send it in for lifetime warranty replacement, and be on my way.

No problem. I'll post it later. It's hard to post with my phone. You just can't get over that their parts are junk.I gave them a chance to fix the problem and they couldn't do that. They sent me another controller that wasnt any better than the first. What should I of done different? should I pay another shipping charge for another controller? I'm sorry but I learn from my mistakes. If the biketronics stuff works for you that good but it didn't work for me. I like having my stuff work. I got sick of messing with junk **** so i replaced it with a better product and it works just like stock. The biketronics **** worked when it want to and that's a fact.
That email above is unedited.

You're good mmats69 I assure you.. These guys have been around the motorcycle audio and electronics world for MANY years and if you search further than this retarded thread you'll find their reputation far exceeds anything you'll find in this thread. There are always going to be a couple of people that no matter what anyone does to resolve a situation, will ever be happy.
