So now any the end I still haven't received my money back and I wasted 19.15 for shipping because they suck. Talk about a waste of money.
Op return your stuff before you install it and go with the sidecar cycle/hawg wired kit and be happy.
Back and forth 3 times.
took it all out.
NOW
hawg wired radio adapter and a PDX 4.150 in the bag.
6 speakers and no problems.
Oh the bag space......tell my buddies to carry their own coat.
I like it LOUD!!
Doesn't excuse the delayed shipping though.. Someone has to be around the shop taking care of business...
BT has a stellar reputation for 3 things;
1.) Customer Service
2.) Product Quality
3.) Customer Service

wasn't really trying to start anything.. simply trying to make the point (albeit sarcastically) that I can find just as many issues with HW products but if you sit back and put this all into perspective the 8 or so posts up here do nothing but trash BT's name while the OPs remain anonymous so who loses? Of course the vendor will everytime...
The reality of the situation is simply this; There's probably 100k+ BT and HW modules/kits sold and in use today. So 8 or so unhappy posts really don't mean anything in the scope of the big picture but in all fairness they do have the right to share their opinions whether good, bad, or indifferent.
No different than posting something like "hey I bought a new harley, it's got a crack in the primary cover brand new off the showroom floor with 8 miles on it. How many others have had this issue?" then you get 2 others that respond over a period of 1 year and then all of a sudden it turns into "it's a major factory defect and should be recalled". Gimme a break..
Me personally, have been using BT control products since my first bagger back in 05. Several modules, several head units, amps, speakers, etc. and never a problem other than self induced issues.
To me, and I've had this discussion with Mike at BT.. The ultimate kit IMO is the HW mounting hardware and the BT control module.
As for email guys.. I'm a 26 year Network Infrastructure Specialist (IT) so I know the convenience of emails but as anyone that works with or for me knows sometimes its days before I respond to an email and I'm only 1 person in a large company. Imagine the number of emails these guys get. Pick up the damn phone and call them if you want immediate gratification. Most of the questions aside from pricing/shipping questions can easily be answered on this and/or other forums as well if you'll look in the right places.

No offense man but instead of sitting here thrashing them on this;
1.) send this same email back to Bill (info@biketronics.com) and I assure you he'll take care of it.
2.) the fact that you couldn't get AVC to work which works right out the box has my mind wondering...
