thinking of going with the saddle bag lid speakers so my wife can hear the music
and maybe it will be better for me as well just looking for info good and bad
thanks
Ron
Cycle Sounds and new Hawg Wired - both run 6x9's. The HW are more like the CVO lids w/ a bit more tilt which should work well.
Hard to go wrong and just depends which style you like. Both will sound better to the passenger than the pods playing into her hips.
GL!
Hawg-Wired or HogTunes? I think you might be referring to the HogTunes lids that are designed similar to the CVO lids but with a drain channel and a direct bolt in pattern for 6x9 vs having to use an adapter from 5x7 to 6x9 as the CVO lids require.
lids only primed black are $399 and the lids primed black WITH the HT 6x9s are $589 on the site but call Pez directly and he'll likely cut you some slack. Tell him his lids are the talk of the forums lately.. Hell if there is enough interest, a group buy would probably be a good idea as well. Someone would have to manage that (not me) process.
Just FYI though.. I don't know anything about the HT 6x9 speakers. Haven't seen any specs on them
