+1 on the BT7P1. I loved mine. My only regret was not having bought them sooner so I could have enjoyed them longer before pulling them and trading the Ultra for a RG.

Thank you. Do you possibly still have them, and are they for sale?
Yes and I think so, LOL. I was hoping I could fit them into the RG but it appears it already has BT speakers in it.
They are only about two months old and I have no idea what to ask for them though. Also, I'm not sure about a warranty transferring but Biketronics is a VERY good company to deal with from what I've seem & read - so that may not even be an issue.

Hmmm. Let me know if you come up with a price and if you want to sell them. I might not be able to do anything for a couple weeks though.
I've been doing a metric ****ton of reading on this forum, and I am a little worried about the fm issues with the Soundstream amps. Am I correct that they are hit or miss? Any word on the PPI amps and if they have the same problems. My fm fades in and out with my Hogtunes amp. More like it lessens in strenght and clarity, not totally fading out. I thought it was a radio issue until I was on this forum, now I think its the amp causing it. Also, it seems that mounting in the tour pack or bags would not cause an issue, correct? I don't want a situation worse than I have now. I'd look into any shielding options first.
yes sir you are correct in the hit/miss statement. Even though the end product is all the same, the internal components can vary and that's what I'm seeing especially with the SS amps.
if it's the amp (your current amp) causing the FM issue you'll know it by turning the volume up and the FM fades out more as you increase the volume...
On a side note, I cannot state for sure; yes or no as to the mounting of the amps in bags or tourpaks and it not interfering. If FM is important to you then you really should look at other amps besides Class D amps. Arc Audio has great amps and Kevn @ Dragonfly Cycle Concepts can hook you up with that.
