guys I don't know.. nothing really to confirm or deny. Been trying to call Kevin all morning but not having much luck there. Also called Aquatic AV and talked with Patrick and he did state that they are still working with DF on the release of this new IP66 rated head unit for 13 and older bikes.
Tried to post yesterday but it got lost in transmission...operator error I'm sure. Thanks for the effort. I think the folks that have chimed in here on HDforums with comms issues relating to DF have pretty much come to the realization that getting any more answers from Kevin or his comrades is probably a dead issue. Sadly, a few of us are seemingly out thousands of dollars each. Considering there are three or four on this HD board alone, I shudder to think how many more there may be on other boards, are NOT speaking up or don't utilize technology to voice their concerns. I feel very badly for those folks overseas that claim to have taken a gamble on DF and are now feeling the pain. After two+ weeks of no contact, it's probably better for those left holding the empty bag to just turn their grievances over to proper authority. I still welcome any response or reply from Kevin or his staff as I would REALLY like to know my money has not gone to benefit someone else's welfare. I am more than one month past my estimated ship date with no answers to v-mails, e-mails or pm's in three weeks...done trying.

Yes, let me rephrase, are you sure about this??? LOL!! As far as I know, it never really done...oh yeah! Have you tried changing all your solder with silver solder from WBT? Heard it will improve your sound, you might wanna give it a try....LOL!!!

out of the clear blue, I receive a package today that contains my Pioneer 6x9s I sent to Kevin a while back for testing. No note or anything..
Not sure what's going on but hope all is well for Kevin and his clan at a personal level. if it's a business thing I can understand that as well. this economy has taken it's toll on quite a few businesses.

I guess sending your speakers back is the least he could for all the times you spoke out for Dragonfly. There are quite a few of us out here that spent a lot of time and effort the last few months trying to get Kevin/Dragonfly to respond back or communicate with us, especially considering they were holding 10's (or more) of thousands of dollars of our money. Not as disheartening but confusing to some of us on the boards is that a mod or admin here on HD forums deleted a thread in which we were discussing our misfortune and collaborating our efforts in trying to reach out. Just wondering how many OTHERS out there have been bilked by these guys in the last few months. If we rounded up four here in just three days, well, I hate to think.
Not being snarky or disrepsectful; I truly am glad you got your speakers back. At least someone got SOMETHING out of this mess. Regrettably, I can't join you in wishing Kevin the best...

Me getting my speakers back was nothing short of Kevin himself being a stand-up guy. They were sent to him on my dime to test against the new focal 7x10 speakers and to be honest I never expected to see them again. I figured he'd tear them up in his testing.
Despite what you guys all think, these are still people. Bad things happen to good people, but that doesn't make them less of a person. I understand you're all out tons of money and hopefully for you all, some kind of resolve will come from it and I wish you all the best in obtaining that end result.

I ordered speaker rings off eBay...got shipping confirmation with in hours....from kevin at dragonfly. Oh no.... that was last friday. Today I checked the tracking number he gave me...its not found. Oh no... sent Kevin an email this morning requesting an update..... nothing yet. ...oh no.
