Biketronics doesn't sell every Sony unit. If that is the one you want, it will still work. I think UltraNutz uses it.

It will work with their install/control kit. If there's some special discount on decks through BT, you won't be able to get that kind of "package" pricing, but you can order their RetroRadio install kit then get the DSX-310BTX elsewhere.

UltraNutz runs that deck, and I run that with the Biketronics RetroRadio install kit (so I have firsthand knowledge that it works!).

Same here. I had that deck in my 10' Ultra. Great radio. In fact my buddy is converting his SG back to stock to sell it and get a 14'. So he'll be selling it. Shoot him a message if you like. His handle is "BrownSanta" here on the forum.

if you're wanting to purchase from BT, then simply call Bill directly and tell him you want that model head unit. He'll get it for you.

I love the head unit..

Does it have to be Sony? I'm looking at a Kenwood that will give me Bluetooth control over an android phone.

The Sony will also give you bluetooth control of an android. I know this because I have one and it does.
