He definitely has a lot of money. He just drops his bike off at the dealer and tells them what he wants. He owns 4 businesses and has no time to do this stuff himself. He did the same thing for pipes, tuner, air cleaner and dyno time - footboards and other chrome stuff too. I think it has been an easy $6k so far on top of the new bike.
My friend heard it on the bike parked at the dealer but it's still crap roads and below freezing so he won't be on it riding any time soon. He said it will make your ears bleed, but audio is very subjective. I'm looking forward to getting my Biketronics system done so we can do a side-by-side comparison.
