I don't know how anyone could not do business with this gentleman. Every time I have called to speak with him he has given me all the time in the world and has exceeded all my expectations. No questions go unanswered, no double talk and he's just a quality guy. I was not planning on upgrading my HK deck but after speaking with Bill a few minutes ago I decided to purchased a retro-radio kit. No hard sell, just honest opinions and if he didn't think he could do something he would flat out tell me. Bill is the kind of guy we all need to support in the HD world. And no, I'm not getting anything from him for posting this. I wanted to share my experience with others so they can make an educated decision on who they spend their hard earned money with.
Yep, me too. He is so willing to give objective information and go out of his way to explain things i felt like I was taking too much of his time because I know he has to be busy doing the same thing for others who call. No question has gone unanswered by phone or email.
I've said I before; I really wish there were more guys like bill out there. He's awesome to deal with in every sense. And as was said he goes well out of his way to help and answer any question you may have. I've been on the phone with bill a lot lately going over audio on the new 14' models. He's happy to tell me what he working on and tweeking with what may be coming. He also specially modified some of his speakers for me so they'd fit for my application. Didn't charge me a dime for it either. Its more like talking to a friend than some guy your buying stuff from. BT will have my business as long as bill is there that's for damn sure.
I too have talked to Bill at the suggestion of someone on this Forum. He was extremely helpful and knowledgable. Not just on the products he sells but direct/indirect compottition as well. He was very interested in hearing what I was working on and how I was going about it. I have made purchases from him and likely will be making another purchase soon.
I cannot say enough good things about Bill. If you are seeing this Bill, thanks so much for being you.
