I should mention that this is in a road king with no fairing. Hopefully(the plan ) I can set it up so the Head/sending unit will be in one bag the amp in the other 6x9s in the lids and 6.5s in the lowers then the actual display unit on the neclace. Thanks for all the input so far.

dang, all assumptions including my own were based on a fairing bike.
if you're going to put the amp in the opposite bag, then I'd opt for the SS PN4.520D. Keeping the amp this far away from the radio should not be an issue. Keep your antenna for the radio on the same side of the bike as the radio and away fro the amp power wires and you should be fine.

Awsome that looks like a winner. Now as far as wires. Any specific gauge that I should use speakers and amp? In line fuse for the amp?
10ga for power and ground wires on amp
fuse for amp? depends on the amp
16 ga for speaker wiring
16ga should be fine for your radio power/ground wires as well.
Just make sure to fuse EVERYTHING that you connect to the battery.
I was under the assumption that an amp rated 100 watts at 4ohms would be 200 watts a 2ohms etc.(assuming its rated for the load) I realize that the actually load on the amp fluctuates along with wattage output. (the third variable of ohms law). Can someone verify? If you check out the Rockford Fosgate site under motorsport amps they make specific amps for bikes class "bd" 4channel and after some research I have found there recommended grounding procedure and why, its worth a look. Rockford makes good stuff and has been an industry leader longer than a lot off the companies that the average motorcycle enthusiast is exposed too.
there are 2 issues with these BD classification amps.
1.) current draw. Being a hybrid between class B and D, they appear to maintain the Class B characteristics of the amp world in terms of current draw. You don't want to tax your charging system on these bikes, especially the newer ones with so many electronic dependent sensors.
2.) physical size. I haven't seen one yet that will fit inside the fairing.
