Default Second amp and Bag lid speaker wiring help

I recently installed a Soundstream PN4.520D along with Polk MM651's in the tour pak, Polk DB651's in the fairing and Polk DB651's in the CVO speaker boxes in my lowers. I'm wanting to put Pioneer 6x9's in a pair of Hogtunes bag lids. I'm assuming another amp is in order like the 2 channel Soundstream PN2.350D to power the 6x9's. Am I correct in thinking that the input for the second amp would be a splice from the rear output off the head unit. Same output that feeds the other amp?

If you don't want to mount an amp in your bags, you could use the Hogtunes amp bracket for the fairing. Don't know if the 2.350 will fit on it, but the pbr300x2 will.

I just checked the dimensions on both amps and they're pretty close. I don't see why the Soundstream wouldn't work on the Hogtunes bracket. That's the way I wanted to go. I didn't want the amp out back.

I did this setup on another street glide. fits perfectly but it's tight.. it's going to be real tight on an Ultra with all that extra wiring in there.

Did you use a pbr300x2 or a 2.350?

Thanks UN. I'm sure it'll be tight. It's already a little trying to get the fairing back on properly now.

oh.. and get your grinder out. You can see right under that speaker, the arm of the HT bracket had to be shaved down quite a bit to fit around it.
