Default Biketronics install question

I recently installed a Biketronics Big Amp and Speaker package on a 2006 ultra. Now I used to stock head unit and had to use the supplied low level transformer because there are no RCA inputs on the stock head unit. My question- would there be a difference in sound using RCA inputs vs the transformer. I just had my radio refurbished by Ironcross audio and was wondering if maybe I should of had the RCA inputs added to my stocker.

I would call it a noticeable difference. I don't know the charge to add the RCA connections, but it may justify doing. You can put an aftermarket HU in for the prices you may pay to have the stocker updated....

Madcop.
If you decide to send the unit back, we would honor the discounted price based on the previous repair.

I highly recommend having Iron Cross add the RCA Amp inputs. I had them do that to mine when it was in for repairs and it made a big difference.
