Well I popped the fairing, all of the connections seem tight but mashed on all of them again None of the screws were loose. The speaker is jumping around like it is supposed to. No distortion and I threw the bass at it. No cranking or visible tears. The only thing I notice is the BRT light flashes when the bass is hitting hard. I will road test again this evening.

Wasnt able to perform the rode test last night, but had a thought. I have the 3 pouch HD windshield bag. When I originally installed it, it comes with spacers that are placed between the fairing and the bag. Real PITA to get them installed. Im not sure what purpose they serve, so I elected not to use them when I put everything back together.

Could I be getting a rattle from the bag? Am I reaching here?

Update.....rattle not detected after 2 road tests. Keeping my fingers crossed.
