I am having trouble with my radio in my 08 ultra classic.
The radio works fine with engine off or at idle speeds, the problem is when I get over about 50 mph the radio volume goes to mute and wont let me turn the volume up till I slow down..
Can anyone help me with this situation.

Do you actually see "mute" on the faceplate, or do you just loose audio?

 

Yes, I see "Mute" on the screen, it starts losing volume like I am turning it down by the switch

 

Most likely not a radio issue.
Usually the switch.
It can be a wire between the switch and the radio, but start with the switch

 

Awesome....always a good thing to see a corporation not trying to screw a consumer over nowadays. It wouldve been easy for you to say "send it in with a check for diagnostics and we'll get back to you". But instead you offered genuine help. Kudos to you Iron Cross Audio, maybe you can rub off on the rest of corporate america that puts profits before consumers all the time.
