I was gonna recommend the same thing but a lot of times folks already have their minds made up. It takes experience to know what will eventually happen. Either people can save money by listening to the folks who have done it or they can learn on their own. 95% of the time, they would rather learn on their own...and end up spending the same amount if not more money than they would have if they had taken advice to begin with. Good luck to you OP....but you'll want more....probably sooner than later.
