Oh come on, the fairing is held by 4 bolts. It should take no more than 2 minutes to remove the fairing (along with the 3 screws holding in the shield). Probably the only challenging part is holding the fairing while disconnecting the headlight. (also reinstalling the fairing, the lower left bolt is always a P.I.T.A.

Shark nose wasn't bad, took hour and a half start to riding, the bt package is all plug and play, two sided tap already on the amp and the voltage drop for the stock head unit to RCA low voltage the amp needs. I don't know how to post pictures, but it was simple and clean.
Review, of course way better than stock, signal from hk is the weak link now. Distorts over half but at half it's load and clear at 70mph. I found a bt retro radio for $40 from a wrecked bike, so now I just need to pick out a head unit and 99-9600 install kit!
