So, back to my question. I haven't seen any type of distribution block, and I'm curious about how you would size the wire feeding it, and is the line side fused? Anyone got a link?

me personally wouldn't put it in the fairing except for a last resort. I'd run a 4ga wire from the battery to the distribution block fused at the rating of devices connected combined and locate it somewhere close to the battery. Here's mine. It's located on the left side next to the fuse box. I also used a ground distribution block to mitigate all the crap connected to my battery. Can't see it that good but it's located on the right side under the side cover where the ABS module is located. Then make sure you fuse each device's power wire you connect to it according to the manufacturer's fuse ratings.

They come in MANY flavors.. pick your poison

Depends on the amps.....I don't think I could run 3 of those Alpines, without upgrading something......I was going to run two batteries initially, but found I didn't need it....
