I had bike flashed for one amp 2 speakers prior to install could tell deference on stock setup, installed 2180 and 7.1 sounds like just not getting all the power I can turn base and treble all the way up and turn volume all the way up and still not distort speakers so I know not getting full power.2014 there is no way to hook up wrong. So has to be Harley software.
Talked with Rob at bt says I am not the only one he recommended I go back and try 2amp eight speaker download they have had success with this and recommend it now also said do NOT let them do radio update apparently update has him concerned to say the least, myself have no idea just passing along info cause that makes no sense to me. my question, is there radio updates that are separate than the infotainment update.
he also said in the end I may need magic box or he recommended getting jl cl-rlc line driver this crap is got me pulling hair out.
I am hoping it is fixed with new flash just sharing my pain incase someone else is scratching there head or thinking I should be getting more out of bt equipment
Someone started a post asking which is better, flash or magic boxes. He's not getting very many responses.. I would like to hear everyone's opinion on this also!
