I refused to pay $1000 for a heartland passenger seat, so I made my own.

I built frame but I found a new Heartland seat cushion on eBay for $67. So far I have about $100 into the seat. The only thing left to do at this point is add a sissy bar.

Looks nice! Did you incorporate the sliding locking mechanism? I found an old factory one, with the short sissy bar, but what I would like is a bigger sissy bar and a platform to carry stuff (not people). I would be interested in purchasing one of your custom creations if you were so inclined.

I've got a few. A 2007 Thunder Mountain Keystone, a 2005 Thunder Mountain Blackhawk, and a 2002 custom chopper.
Previous bikes, both stolen: 2007 Keystone and 2005 Blackhawk.

Currently, I have an issue with the Keystone. My spark plugs are not getting any spark. I came home yesterday and it was running fine. I tried starting it today and got this problem.

I have checked the wires, the spark plugs in the other bikes, the fuel pump is working fine and the wires have voltage. All of the fuses are fine, I removed and cleaned the spark plugs, I put the spark plugs in the other bikes, they get spark. I checked the controls on the handlebars and they have power. I am still not getting sparks.

Anyone else ever have this problem?

Sorry for the late reply, for some reason I didn't get the email notification. I appreciate the offer, but this thing was such a pain in the *** to make. I don't have that sliding thing on it right now, but I plan on making something at some point.

It may be a little hard to see, but I finally got the sissy bar welded on.

Now I just have to find, or make, a back rest pad.

Default New TMCC owner

New here, but I've owned bikes my whole life.

I always wanted a custom chopper, and an opportunity fell in my lap to purchase a 2008 Durango. The owner put a LOT of custom work into it, and it is sweet, with only 2800 miles.

I was recently thinking of selling it, since I don't get an opportunity to ride it much. I took it to my local HD store and test drove a Street Glide Special. When I returned, there were 10 people standing around the Durango taking pictures of it...3 of them were shop employees!

I'm reconsidering the sale!

I plan on replacing my 5 3/4" headlight with a led replacement. The company that makes the light sells them in pairs. Would anyone be interested in the second light when I get it? It would be $100 plus shipping. Oracle is the light manufacturer and there is a ton of info here:

Default Thunder 240

I have 2004 blackhawk 240 looking to update stock speedo with speedo tach combo from Harley. Would I be looking for 2004 Harley parts?
