I have a street glide and my buddy let me borrow his big dog k9 and i fell in love with it? Everywhere i rode it there was a crowd of people swarming it. What do you guys think of them as a second bike to scoot around town on? What kind of prices are big dog k9's going for nowadays?
I like big dog bikes, they're not your cookie cutter bike, everyone is an original.
I have a 2000 American Ironhorse (pictured below) I get tons of compliments. One day I would like to buy a Harley Streetglide or Roadking, but I will keep my Ironhorse.
Spent a lot of time considering a BD but decided to go with Harley. BDs are factory choppers and as such have a niche market. They are longer and lower than most Harleys and had bigger motors with six speed trannys. They are what they are but tend to stay that way rather than a good platform for customization. To each their own...

A like mine because its big (like me) and different...Last night I made a poser run down Main I was the only Big Dog and the only chopper, lost count of the number of HD's riding around.
