). It is huge, and though great for the boat and truck, not really practical for the bike as it is so large and cumbersome.
Any suggestions on a batter powered polisher that is smaller and suitable for bike polishing? Looking for something quality. Probably wishful thinking to get an american made one (not sure if Snap On has one), but prefer USA made but if not available ok with overseas made quality product.
Love my rupes ibrid nano. Really overkill for what I do but I like it. Definitely not cheap, gave it to myself as a Christmas gift year before last. I could do almost everything with my corded griots garage polisher with a 3" backing plate, but it's just not as fun that way. Very cool tool but not the most practical for someone just doing their own bike which is what I do other than a couple of guys I ride with.

If so, that's looks like what I need. I've been using a larger one for now since I've been able to my fenders and tank off the bike, but I'm looking to get a small one like this. Are you saying the Griots one is just as good as the other one, but isn't cordless? That would work for me.

Yes, that's the one I referred to. Bought it for my son for Christmas, I have the older version. I wouldn't say it's as good as the rupes because they are very different tools but it will work fine on a bike with 3" backing plate, it just won't get into every area that the rupes will. It's a very good low cost tool for bikes and cars, the rupes is for more niche work. No way in hell I'd want to polish an entire truck or car with the ibrid nano, would take forever.
