Glad you made it man! Good skill in avoiding what coulda been lots worse.

I had the same thing happen to me several years ago. I managed to swerve away just enough but her head slapped me in the knee cap as I went by. Hit sort of a funny bone and I had to fall over in someone's yard until my leg regained it's feeling. Ever since then I have been highly Alert for deer at ANY time of the day.

Glad you're ok. Deer are terrible around here. I live in the sticks. And to make matters worse it's nearing hunting season and dogs will be running them.

During the rut here in Georgia you are apt to notice them running flat out, coming out of nowhere, at different approach angles, and sometimes at point blank range...... Very unnerving!
